Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safe driving of company vehicles (Mercedes Sprinter, Dodge Pro‑master, Ford Transit)
• Climb out of vehicle and walk up or down stairs as required in all weather conditions
• Stand multiple hours a day in a physically demanding environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns with the support team
• Function calmly and efficiently in a high‑pressure, multi‑tasking environment
• Deliver packages at variable locations and stops
• Load and unload products from company vehiclesFollow local and state driving laws and road regulations
• Operate handheld scanner to record shipping and package information
• Maintain professional work habits including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
• Be customer‑obsessed—delivering packages and smiles to our customers
• Position is seasonal (10/15/25 – 01/15/26)

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends
• Knowledge of state driving laws
• Consent to drug screening and other review processes (no pre‑employment THC testing)
• Problem‑solving skills while using a handheld device
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during a 10‑hour shift
• Handle stressful workload and driving demands
• Perform repeated bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching within a 10‑hour shift
