Delivery Driver – VL Transport 1 Corp

VL Transport 1 Corp, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, delivers Amazon packages every day. We are hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
• Interact positively and professionally with customers and the public while delivering packages.
• Use handheld technology to deliver packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles.
• Sort and prepare a delivery route to meet customer promise.
• Maintain a clean, fueled, and operating delivery vehicle at all times.
• Assist in training other team members and support delivery station activities.
• Work up to 10 hours per shift in all weather conditions, including climbing stairs and walking up and down stairs.
• Adjust schedules as needed due to peak season and traffic conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Clean driving record – no tickets in the last 7 years.
• High ethical standards and proven track record of reliability.
• Prior professional driving experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift, push, pull boxes up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.
• Must be available weekends and can operate Sprinter/Ford/Dodge Cargo Van.
