Position Summary

We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our fast‑paced warehouse. This role oversees receiving, shipping, inventory, and safety, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team leader with a proven track record in warehouse management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate regularly with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with tile, stone, or building materials preferred.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
