Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and providing support to the field team. This dynamic position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process material deliveries and accurately count and document materials received.
• Load materials for subcontractors manually and with a forklift. Accurately count and document material given.
• Receive unused material from subcontractors and accurately count and document material returned.
• Keep a detailed log of warehouse inventory.
• Pick up and deliver materials and supplies to and from vendors and subcontractors by driving a company vehicle.
• Maintain company vehicles by completing preventative maintenance requirements, arranging for repairs, and ensuring they have full gas tanks.
• Organize materials in the warehouse for upcoming projects.
• Return excess or unused material to the vendor for a refund or account credit.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist the Field Supervisor with job checks as needed. Must be able to lift and climb ladder. You must be comfortable walking on a roof.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Basic Math Skills Required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be insurable.
• Experience driving a forklift preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience at a warehouse position preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the team.
• Detail‑oriented and pays close attention to detail.
• Work quickly, accurately, and prioritize.
• Punctual, dependable, accountable, and self‑disciplined with integrity.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced and ever‑evolving environment.

Hours and Payrate

Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
