Administrative Assistant - San Diego

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Building and Safety Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a key member of our highly qualified, collaborative, and motivated building inspection team.

Job Requirements

  • Perform routing, word processing, data entry, and general clerical tasks as required.
  • General front‑desk duties as necessary – mail management, filing, reception, and answering phones.
  • Perform research on projects, including gathering, compiling, and analyzing information.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and other formal written business development documents.
  • Maintain database/spreadsheets for tracking information and reporting purposes.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills

  • Motivated, self‑starter attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently yet efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills: comfortable with a PC platform and fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Proficient in operating a variety of modern office equipment including copiers, computers, word processors, and printers.
  • Experience in the Engineering, Government and/or Real Estate industries is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
