Position Summary
Provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple managers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business operations.
Location
Requires daily onsite attendance; this is not a remote‑work position.
Responsibilities
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including general clerical duties.
- PeopleSoft weekly reporting and input of timesheets for managers & employees.
- Create and maintain organizational charts and flowcharts.
- Assist staff with travel arrangements.
- Process expense reports.
- Reconcile and maintain company credit card statements.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and presentations; prepare agenda, reserve and prepare facilities.
- Define tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring optimal use of resources to meet those objectives.
- Archive and retrieve crucial audit documents.
- Onboard newly hired employees.
- Create and track meeting minutes.
- Create requisitions as needed to meet the needs of the manufacturing group.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role.
- Minimum 1 year experience with MRP or ERP system.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PeopleSoft.
- Previous knowledge of High Jump a plus.

- Builds relationships with people whose assistance, cooperation, and support may be needed.
- Provides/develops appropriate documentation to track progress of a project.
- Anticipates and prepares for upcoming events ensuring adequate resources are available.
- Skill to effectively organize information to meet operational needs and desired outcomes.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
