Project Manager

We’re hiring a Project Manager on behalf of a fast-paced, full-service digital marketing agency based in our Alpharetta, GA office. This is a temp-to-perm full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and has a passion for keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and clients informed. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage projects across the agency’s core services, website development and design, SEO, PPC, branding, content, social media, and website maintenance. The right candidate is a natural communicator, highly organized, and comfortable leading projects from kickoff through final delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing projects from kickoff through delivery (website design and development, SEO, PPC, branding, content development, website hosting and maintenance). Lead internal and cross-functional collaboration across creative, development, content, marketing, and strategy teams. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets. Monitor progress, track tasks, and ensure all work stays on schedule and within scope. Identify risks, resolve roadblocks early, and communicate key issues to leadership. Keep documentation, workflows, and status updates current and organized. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards prior to launch. Adapt to changing project needs by managing revisions to scope, timing, or budget. Support resource planning and task delegation across teams. Evaluate project outcomes to ensure successful delivery of both short- and long-term goals. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment. 4+ years of experience in working with design and development teams with knowledge of web development best practices and QA workflows (not just managing marketing projects/campaigns). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital strategy including website development, SEO, SEM, PPC, content, branding, and paid media. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Proficient in project management and productivity tools including ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Canva. Familiar with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
