McCall Pest & Wildlife is looking for a Pest Control Service Professional to help protect customers' homes, businesses, and families from pests. The role offers comprehensive training, a supportive company culture, and the chance to become the face of McCall in your local community. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to create loyalty and repeat business. Manage a daily service route using time‑management skills to stay on schedule. Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections, and monitor termite bait systems. Apply pest control products following label standards and safety guidelines. Communicate consistently with customers and internal teams to ensure a high‑quality experience. Maintain a safety‑first mindset while operating equipment or driving vehicles. High School Diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments. Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
