Business Analyst—Customer Experience (CX)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in Customer Experience (CX) and Service Domain processes. The candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration between ERP systems and enterprise data platforms, and enabling actionable insights through BI and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements across CX, ERP, MRP, and APS systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and data teams to define data flows, KPIs, and system integrations.
Develop and manage business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user stories.
Facilitate the integration of ERP data into enterprise platforms (Databricks, AWS).
Use
SQL
and
Power BI
to validate data and build visualizations for business reporting.
Support Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and ensure delivery alignment with business goals.
Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
Required Skills & Experience
Overall Experience:
7–10 years in Business Analysis, with
4–5 years of domain experience
in Customer Experience (CX) and Service Management.
Proven experience with
ERP systems
(preferably MRP, APS) and integration projects.
4–5 years of hands‑on experience with
SQL
and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Databricks and AWS.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in
Agile environments
and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Understanding of data pipelines, transformation workflows, and visualization best practices.
Familiarity with modern data architectures and cloud‑based analytics ecosystems.
