Sr Product Management Specialist for Tridium, Inc. in Atlanta, GA Responsibilities
Develop and implement a product delivery to grow the business at or greater than market rates by leveraging product technology, new product development, open innovation, voice of customer, and current product portfolio. Lead and execute daily engineering and development operations of your product, aligned to the Product Roadmap. Collaborate with the Product Line Manager, Director, and cross-functional teams. Manage and drive Agile Scrum teams. Groom JIRA stories and epics for the product roadmap. Partner with cross-functional teams. Deliver high-quality products that delight customers. Lead change. Investigate market options for technology choices. Drive PI Planning workshops and manage multiple Scrum teams. Write clear and concise product features and groom backlog and stories. Work with Engineering to understand resource constraints and drive commitment. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE: 2 years of Product Owner experience. Experience in AGILE/SCRUM environment and with JIRA and Confluence; experience building complex software platforms with product development teams; Smart Building domain experience; understanding of cloud enterprise solutions and SaaS offerings; familiarity with Azure cloud technologies and services; subscription licensing (e.g., Zuora or similar); ability to translate business priorities into engineering outcomes; strong technical skills with embedded and cloud-native technologies; strong customer-facing and marketing skills; strong tactical and strategic skills; strong financial acumen; ability to influence and partner in a matrix organization. Telecommuting permitted up to three times per week. Additional Information
