Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Project Manager with 4 7 years of experience to lead strategic initiatives and support Agile delivery across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enabling teams to deliver high-quality features with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile and SDLC frameworks Facilitate PI planning, requirement gathering, roadmapping, and status reporting Manage risk, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain refined backlogs and roadmaps Track KPIs and delivery metrics using Jira, SharePoint, Teams, etc. Support project intake and prioritization processes Coach teams through project milestones and delivery best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and SDLC methodologies Strong communication, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Structure, SharePoint) Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams to drive results
