Responsibilities
Provide shipper support to vendors and sellers who use a freight distributor.
Ensure they receive the service due to them, handling customer support from an operational standpoint to resolve issues.
Research and resolve missed pickups to ensure freight is collected.
Analyze reports on missed pickups, identify data gaps, and problem-solve using various tools, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Manage communication primarily through written channels, with less phone interaction.
Day-to-day Activities
Participate in morning meetings to review plans and recap previous day.
Use Excel to track vendor activity and reach out to vendors to identify issues and resolve them.
Analyze shipment data to troubleshoot pickup issues.
Handle approximately 50 vendors initially, expanding to 175 over 8 weeks.
Qualifications
Reliable and stable
Proficient in PC skills, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
4-5+ years of industry experience (titles not specified)
Combination of degree and experience considered
Additional Details
Pay: $23.00/hr
Workplace: Fully onsite in Atlanta, GA
