AML Compliance Team eBay’s AML Compliance team performs a critical role in the execution and management of eBay’s Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance program: ensuring eBay’s compliance with laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, and other applicable laws & regulations. We are committed to building and maintaining a "culture of compliance" to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices. Sr. Manager, AML Compliance eBay seeks a highly motivated individual with experience to serve as a Subsidiary Compliance & Business Initiatives Sr. Manager. This role is critical as eBay continues to grow through acquisitions and ensuring we maintain our compliance obligations and integrate effectively; working horizontally with our Product and Engineering stakeholders to build controls and integrate data & systems to serve our Compliance needs. The Sr. Manager will work with the AML Vertical leaders across KYC, FIU, Quality Assurance, Transaction Monitoring & Analytics, and other teams to support subsidiary compliance efforts. The integration of our subsidiaries is vital to support our business growth and ensure eBay is compliant with regulations related to each acquisition. The individual will collaborate with eBay’s Enterprise Integration teams to provide updates, clarify requirements, and ensure deadlines are met. Requirements This role requires managing multiple projects across different AML domains such as KYC, FIU, EDD, Sanctions, etc. Candidates should have experience working with Product teams, gathering business requirements, and prioritizing initiatives. Strong collaboration, communication skills, and experience in Financial Crimes programs are essential. The role also involves building relationships with AML leadership, Product, Engineering, and Project teams, working in a fast-paced environment, and possessing advanced MS Office skills. A minimum of two years in project management and problem management is required. Professional certifications like AML Specialist, Certified Fraud Examiner, or PMP are preferred.
