Overview
The Mission Intelligence Analyst position is a full-time role supporting Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) planning and operations by delivering threat assessments, target system analyses, and predictive intelligence that inform COA development, risk analysis, and decision-making as part of OIE. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles And Responsibilities
The analyst develops actionable insights on adversary capabilities, intentions, and networks while providing tailored, mission-focused intelligence to planning operations.
Employs intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD.
Assists with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process.
Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Mission areas for Intelligence Planner assistance include, but are not limited to: development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES).
Required Qualifications
Degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, National Security, or a related field
Intelligence analysis experience, including direct support to military operations
Experience providing both strategic and tactical analytical support for the DoD
Demonstrated ability producing reports for senior DoD decision makers
Detailed knowledge of interagency operations
Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools
Preferred Qualifications
Joint Intelligence Planner (JIP-I), JPME, APEX/JPP certification, SAMS, or advanced military planning coursework (IPC I–III)
Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC)
Active roles in joint exercises, White Cell, CCMD planning events
Experience coordinating across the IC, DoD, interagency, and foreign partners
Experience in Annex B drafting, collection requirement development, and global force management coordination
For specialized roles, proficiency in targeting, counterintelligence, HUMINT, OPSEC, and insider threat detection
