In this full-time role, you’ll supervise all field activity from pre-job setup through completion, ensuring productivity, safety, and top-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site operations for large-scale commercial roofing projects
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate foremen, field crews, and subcontractors
Ensure roofing system installation (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, BUR) meets project specs and manufacturer guidelines
Conduct pre-job planning, crew allocation, and jobsite setup
Monitor daily production and provide weekly reporting to project managers
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards through inspections and meetings
Resolve jobsite issues to avoid delays and cost impacts
Manage material and equipment logistics to keep projects on schedule
Represent Vapor Armour professionally to clients, inspectors, and contractors
Approve field documentation, timecards, and production reports
Mentor foremen and promote career growth within your crews
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of commercial roofing experience, including 2+ years in a superintendent or senior supervisory role
Expertise in low-slope systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, BUR
Experience managing multiple crews and large projects simultaneously
Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety
Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Tech-savvy: comfortable with project management software and digital reporting
Outstanding leadership, organization, and communication skills
Willingness to travel for 2-3 week rotations; 100% travel required
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid REAL ID and passport for work-related travel
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification (required or must be obtained within 30 days)
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus
Experience leading union and/or non-union crews
Background working with general contractors on large-scale commercial projects
