Support the

Digital Onboarding and Service

features that enhance client-facing experiences, including account opening, preferences management, and alerts/messaging.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead Product Owner with

feature definition, prioritization, and release planning Develop and communicate

business requirements

and

user journeys Maintain and refine the

product backlog

and support

Agile sprint planning Collaborate with

technology, UX/UI, and cross-functional teams

to deliver product enhancements Gather and analyze

user feedback and data

to identify improvements Define and monitor

KPIs and adoption metrics

Qualifications:

3–5 years

of experience in

digital product management or business analysis

within an

Agile/Scrum

environment Strong skills in

requirements gathering, data analysis, and communication Experience working with

UX/UI designers

and familiarity with

web/mobile technologies Highly

analytical, organized, and adaptable

with the ability to manage multiple projects Background in

financial services or fintech

is a plus
