This position is a senior leader of the DaVita Guest Services group, working with field Admissions, field operators and external stakeholders to develop and execute growth initiatives to grow DaVita’s revenue and identify new processes to scale. The role supports operations of over X dialysis clinics serving almost X patients across the country. You will be accountable for re-set priorities, leading with speed and purpose, delivering Admit Readiness Roadmap directly or indirectly from concept to execution. The role reports directly to the Senior Director, leading the operations of the DaVita Guest Services group. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver Admissions enablement roadmap to support Field Leadership and DaVita Guest Services Admissions (tools, processes, communications and knowledge sharing) Develop an Admission Growth strategy communication to enhance messaging for broader awareness and adoption; establish and maintain standard processes, templates and metrics Develop key verbal and written updates for key governance and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment to priorities and understanding of key initiatives Partner with Field Leadership and DaVita Guest Services Admissions on change leadership both messaging and delivery to ensure success of field operators Outline training requirements and partner with internal training function (Wisdom) to build comprehensive training for Field Operators on Admission functions Synthesize numerous analyses, translate into specific actions, and gain buy-in to execute Challenge status quo operations to identify and implement transformative change Full life cycle of process development: define gaps between current state and optimal state, determine needs to overcome gap, and execute to achieve optimal state Lead a matrix team of analysts to support strategic areas of the business aligned with growth objectives Key Competencies

BA required; top-tier MBA or advanced degree (MHA, MPH, MD, PhD) highly preferred 8+ years of experience, 1-4 years of strategy consulting experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or other similar strategic experience Strong project management and analytical skills Ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and lead large scale, complex projects Collaborative, inclusive style with internal departments between Operations, Finance, Field Operations, Legal & Compliance, Data and Reporting teams Healthcare experience a plus but not required DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. The Salary Range for the role is $110,100.00 - $161,700.00 per year.
