Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements Manage audits, reconciliations, and internal controls Provide financial analysis to support organizational decision-making Supervise and mentor accounting staff Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including management responsibilities Strong knowledge of GAAP and governmental/nonprofit accounting practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Compensation & Benefits
