Plant Manager - Hiller Facility Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Plant Manager
to lead operations at our Hiller facility. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage plant operations to meet performance targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality.
Drive operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Experience in valve manufacturing or related industry.
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
Physical Requirements This position operates primarily in a professional office environment, with some tasks performed in a manufacturing shop environment requiring frequent physical activity.
Sit for extended periods.
Use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
Talk and hear.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
Use hands and arms to handle tools, equipment, and materials.
Lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
May be exposed to moderate to high noise levels, vibrations, and varying temperatures. May involve working near moving mechanical parts and overhead cranes. Occasional travel to other company locations or for business meetings may be required. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots is necessary. The role may involve working around chemicals, lubricants, or other industrial materials.
Compensation Estimated salary range: $130,000 - $145,000, bonus eligible.
