Acquisitions Analyst/Senior Analyst
to join their team. This individual will provide financial analysis, market research, and support to the firm’s national acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be analytical, passionate, and detail-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. This role offers direct exposure to all aspects of the investment lifecycle and is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding firm. Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced modeling and valuation analysis (Argus and Excel) for new acquisitions. Conduct in-depth market research to help inform investment decisions. Prepare thorough investment memos and pitch decks for internal committees and external stakeholders. Create and update lender packages for financing efforts. Assist in due diligence efforts and work closely with the acquisitions team to monitor and track the deal pipeline. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related industry. Proficiency in
ARGUS
required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job details
