Procurement Manager . This position will operate out of our corporate campus, located in Hummelstown, PA.
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead and oversee all purchasing and sourcing activities for our organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and budgetary goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s procurement strategy to support organizational goals and financial objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers while ensuring quality and service standards are met. Evaluate and manage supplier performance, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor market trends, supply chain disruptions, and cost fluctuations to inform procurement decisions. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements. Partner with the Finance team to align procurement practices with budgeting and forecasting. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation. Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities across the procurement function. Oversee procurement reporting, including spend analysis, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing roles, with increasing levels of responsibility. Proven track record in vendor negotiations, cost control, and contract management. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, financial principles, and legal aspects of contracting. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Steel toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Experience working within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
