BTS Software Solutions is seeking
Intelligence Operation Specialists
to provide Intelligence Operation Specialists (IOS) to assist and coordinate planning, organizing, integrating, and completing technical projects within the military intelligence functional area.
IOS shall research and understand regulatory and procedural requirements pertaining to program requirements and will make recommendations as required. IOS schedule training and maintains records related to Intelligence Force Management programs. IOS assists and coordinates conferences and various meetings/engagements for the program by performing the following, but not limited to, preparing agendas, developing a list of participants, notifying attendees, recording the minutes, preparing summaries, and making distribution to participants. IOS receives and reviews program packets for submission and tracks program application packets through the application process to ensure timely completion.
Responsibilities
Provide Intelligence Operation Specialists to assist and coordinate planning, organizing, integrating, and completing technical projects within the military intelligence functional area.
Research and understand regulatory and procedural requirements pertaining to program requirements; make recommendations as required.
Schedule training and maintain records related to Intelligence Force Management programs.
Assist and coordinate conferences and meetings for the program: prepare agendas, develop participant lists, notify attendees, record minutes, prepare summaries, and distribute to participants.
Receive and review program packets for submission and track through the application process to ensure timely completion.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of eight (8) years intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience is highly desirable.
Minimum of two (2) years Intelligence Force Management or Targeting Officer experience is highly desirable.
Must have ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently with little or no supervision.
Former military experience is highly desirable, but not required.
Prior SOF experience or significant knowledge of special operations is desirable.
Shall be proficient in utilizing intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
