MercyFirst is seeking a QI Coordinator responsible for monitoring compliance with all regulatory and funding source requirements for assigned MercyFirst Programs. Requirements

Associate's degree in health, public health, policy, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Relevant training and/or experience in child protection, child welfare, or refugee services. Demonstrated ability in analytic and critical thinking skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding and willingness to commit to the agency's Mission, core values, Sanctuary Commitments, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, and Belonging (DEIB). Responsibilities

Assist programs with monitoring adherence to Federal, State, and local code and regulations and accrediting body standards. Conduct case record reviews and prepare quarterly and annual reports. Oversee safety activities, including facility inspections and incident tracking. Lead program Incident Review Committee meetings and prepare quarterly and annual Safety reports. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual Internal Quality Monitoring reports. Coordinate Client Satisfaction activities and prepare annual reports. Facilitate outcome measurement activities and submit Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports. Benefits
