Nitro . Responsible for the negotiation and purchase of services, materials and equipment, domestically and internationally, to efficiently meet the needs of the organization, while optimizing cost. The Supply Chain Analyst will also identify, develop and qualify suppliers to support operations. Additionally, responsible for improving commercial conditions, increasing service and material quality, resulting in overall increased performance of the company, always complying with the internal regulations, quality management and environmental preservation systems, and the norms and procedures of health, hygiene and safety required by the company. Responsibilities

Analyze service, material, indirects and equipment requests to ensure alignment with operational needs. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms while balancing cost, quality, and lead time. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, identifying and qualifying new vendors to enhance supply chain resilience. Ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures and industry regulations. Execute routine and urgent purchases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Obtain and analyze technical and commercial proposals, preparing RFQs and cost comparisons. Engage suppliers to clarify contract terms, including payment conditions, warranties, penalties, and tax implications. Monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery, proactively addressing delays and discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Planning, Maintenance, Engineering) to resolve supplier issues and technical divergences. Manage returns and corrective actions for non-conforming materials, minimizing operational disruptions. Maintain procurement records and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize purchasing strategies. Analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Engage with internal stakeholders to anticipate procurement needs and contribute to strategic sourcing decisions. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations (PPE, 5S principles), and industry best practices. Proactively seek opportunities for efficiency improvements in procurement processes. Support other supply chain-related initiatives as assigned by management. Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, International Affairs, etc. Type of Experience: B2B feedstock purchasing, preferably for Chemical or Pharmaceutical companies. Other Skills Required: Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel and Power Point. Benefits
