Position Title: Integration Program Management Analyst, Senior (PMA 271) - 228 Requisition #: 228 Location: Patuxent River, MD Work Environment: On Site Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 (This is an estimated salary range. Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives and analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.

Performs management, technical, or business case analyses; collects, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition, supportability and product programs.

Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Provides senor staff recommendations to support the U.S. Department of Defense''s E-130J aircraft modernization program, including planning, sustainment analysis, and lifecycle management to ensure mission readiness.

Provides logistics planning and integration for the E-130J modernization program, supporting IOC milestones and long-term sustainment strategies.

Assesses supportability, maintainability, supply structure and sources of supply to meet operational objectives; evaluates RAMS considerations and conducts risk assessment and mitigation.

Assists in developing/evaluating the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and contributes to System Engineering Plan (SEP) and LCSP documentation for sustainment and affordability.

Coordinates with engineering, supply chain, maintenance and program management teams to align logistics supportability goals; interfaces with OEMs, subcontractors and government stakeholders.

Monitors and tracks performance-based logistics (PBL) metrics and contract deliverables; supports test planning and contributes to TEMP as needed.

Required Experience

At least 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

In-depth understanding of DoD logistics processes, SAE GEIA-STD-0007 and performance-based logistics concepts.

Working knowledge of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP/4790) and its application in fleet operations.

Experience with DoD logistics systems such as FEDLOG, GCSS, or similar.

Familiarity with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and the DoD 5000 series acquisition framework.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Desired Experience

Experience supporting acquisition, maintenance, and supportability for Navy programs, particularly C-130/E-130J platforms.

DAWIA Level 3 certifications in Life Cycle Logistics and Engineering.

Working knowledge of Configuration Management and Sustainment Engineering; MBPS and Digital Thread familiarity.

Education Requirements BA/BS or supplemental experience is required.
