Senior DBE Compliance Manager
will administer Skanska’s DBE Compliance Program for assigned projects, ensuring employees are trained on the program and managing compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to DBE, FAR, and related programs. The role reports directly to the Business Unit DBE Compliance Officer or Project Manager. Required Qualifications: Analyze and understand regulatory systems. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to DBE compliance, FAR, construction practices, and contracts. Associates degree in accounting/business, contracting, or construction management, or equivalent experience with at least 7+ years of relevant experience. Ability to travel frequently across the Northeast region.
