Operational excellence: manage field operations, equipment, scheduling, seasonal workforce.
Construction & design knowledge: oversee hardscape installation projects such as patios and retaining walls.
Business development acumen: sales, estimating, long‑term commercial and residential client relationships.
Team leadership: lead field teams, promote safety, maintain workmanship standards.
