Goode Paving & Sealcoating Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Operations Foreman to oversee and work alongside a paving crew on both residential and commercial projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge of paving equipment and processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will lead by example, focusing on productivity, safety, and client satisfaction while maintaining efficient operations on the jobsite.
Overview Position Title: Asphalt Paving Operations Foreman
Location: Forest Hill, MD
Salary: $30 - $50 per hour + Year-End Bonus
Industry: Civil Construction / Utilities / Sitework (Residential, Commercial)

Responsibilities
Supervise and actively participate in residential and commercial asphalt paving projects.
Operate a variety of paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
Coordinate daily crew assignments, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Maintain open communication with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
Monitor project progress and adjust workflow to meet schedules and budget goals.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
Oversee and enforce all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Provide training, guidance, and feedback to crew members to promote skill development.
Work collaboratively with other field and office staff to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading asphalt paving crews on residential and commercial projects.
Proficient in operating a wide range of asphalt paving equipment.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Ability to read and follow project plans and specifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Customer service mindset with the ability to address client concerns on-site.
Basic ability to understand Spanish is a plus.
Willingness to work hands-on with the crew daily.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
