HVAC/R Technician JN -092025-165939 role at Goodwin Recruiting. We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. These systems include, but are not limited to, ice machines, walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, make-up air fans, and HVAC/R controls. Responsibilities
Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of HVAC/R systems. Conduct regular maintenance and ensure optimal functioning of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction. Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergency service calls. Qualifications
5-10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R maintenance, repair, and installation. EPA Universal Certification MA Refrigeration License (preferred) Valid Driver’s License OSHA 10 Certification Familiarity with HVAC/R controls and smart devices. Benefits
