Overview
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis.
Work closely with the Development Team to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team.
Partner with internal application teams to track deliverables and generate reporting to support the deployment of various new products (including: Microsoft 365 workstreams, as well as various desktop software products).
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support project deliverables.
Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create, track, and maintain risk portfolio deliverables.
Document processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users.
Act as the single point of contact for all Line of Business engagements.
Requirements
10+ years' professional experience of Information Technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Experience with Microsoft products, specifically Excel (VBA macros and advanced formulas)
Experience with technological deployment processes
Exceptional presentation skills
Excellent at managing multiple tasks across multiple projects at the same time
Excellent problem resolution skills
Comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
Desired skills
ITSM experience
Microsoft 365, Exchange, cloud services and related components
Adobe products and services
Pay range $57.70 - $65.70
