Fanatics . Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is looking for a CRM Specialist to help deliver a full range of marketing communications. Reporting into our Manager, CRM and Promotions for Online Casino, you will play an integral role on the Marketing team as well as the wider FBG organization. Responsibilities
Help build and execute campaigns that deliver against CRM lifecycle goals for the Online Casino, leveraging email, push and in-app messaging to activate and retain FBG customers. Support daily operations of 360 campaign execution, asset management, monitoring and reporting. Conduct in-depth analysis, delivering insights on engagement and commercial performance via key metrics and testing methodologies. Assist in the development of customer journey maps and personas to improve understanding of customer behaviors and preferences. Develop detailed campaign briefs that clearly communicate requirements, deliverables and success metrics and provide feedback and approval of assets in partnership with the creative team. QA assets prior to execution, ensuring each campaign is tested and functions as expected. Partner with cross-functional teams from Marketing Ops, Loyalty, Product Marketing, Fanatics CRM and more to develop communications, promotions and tactics that advance Fanatics retention goals. Experience and Skills
3+ years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in the sports, sports betting or technology industry. Experience building and executing multi channel campaigns (email, push and app). Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Xtremepush, Optimove, Braze). Must have strong communication skills, and a willingness to present ideas and findings. Must have the ability to analyze data in real-time and adjust strategy to optimize campaign performance. Strong problem solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. A team player that is collaborative and able to work cross-functionally across different teams at Fanatics. Salary, Benefits and Location
Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. Salary Range: $70,000 to $83,000 (salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
