We are currently seeking: Field Operations Manager – Electronic Security The Field Operations Manager – Electronic Security will plan and oversee the daily field operations of the Electronic Security Division to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities : Manages to ensure operational department procedures are being followed Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities : Plans and organizes daily activities related to Electronic Security field operations. Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports. Coordinates with other support departments such as sales, human resources, finance, and shop to ensure successful Electronic Security field operations. Provides technical assistance to field crews to ensure projects are complete. Ensures Quality Control. Provides support to Estimators when needed to ensure projects are bid correctly and on time. Supports Project Managers with site and crew need as needed. Sets weekly and quarterly goals for estimators. Communicates and collaborates with vendors to ensure project pricing and registrations. Communicates with sales team to ensure bids are submitted and bid follow up procedures are being conducted. Collaborates with sales team to develop the best strategy, determine pricing, timing, and identify new opportunities, GCs to pursue and prioritize which projects to bid. Develops estimating processes and procedures. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent managerial and supervisory skills. Extensive knowledge of electronic security operations. Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set operational goals. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Ability to work with vendors directly on Tusco ES related items. Ability to follow highly complex directions. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Five years of related experience required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 80 pounds at a time.
