Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion. Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget. Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements. Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports. Address on-site challenges and elevate issues to Project Manager when needed. Profile
Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in construction project coordination or management Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards Proficiency in project management software and tools Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Job Offer
