Our Facilities Engineering and Design Team provides engineering analysis, design services, and professional consulting for large commercial developments, healthcare facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, and military installations. We also provide building inspection and forensic investigation services. You will contribute to diverse, high-impact projects, delivering engineering solutions that make a tangible difference in communities and industries.
Responsibilities
Lead the electrical design and coordinate electrical systems using AutoCAD and Revit, including the creation of construction documents and specifications.
Execute quality assurance/quality control plans, mentor and train staff, coordinate with other disciplines, perform supporting calculations, meet with clients to discuss conceptual and final designs, and travel to job sites for observation.
Provide electrical design services that can include power distribution, lighting, arc flash studies, and electrical modeling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
5-15+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
Understanding of International Building Codes.
Experience with RSMeans.
Strong communication skills and ability to contribute and work well on a team.
Strong attention to detail and desire to provide innovative solutions.
