You\'ll receive work requests via iPads and interact directly with customers to resolve electrical issues professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in commercial environments.
Interact professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions.
Communicate effectively with the office and customers to ensure smooth job completion.
Understand and apply electrical codes for proper installation of all electrical devices.
Report material needs and obstacles to the Service Manager.
Adhere to all safety protocols and report any concerns.
Participate in the emergency/on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED; Journeyman license required (Maryland), DC and VA licenses preferred or can obtain one in the next 6 months
Experience: 5+ years of commercial electrical experience in multi-family construction
Technical Skills:
Ability to use power tools, ladders, and cable cutters
Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and repair
Familiarity with electronic devices for job updates and communication
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, crawl, climb, push, pull, and reach overhead for extended periods
Additional Requirements:
Valid Driver License and an insurable driving record
Willingness to participate in emergency/on-call rotations
Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
