Join us and let’s get started. **Job Description** Serve as a senior technical advisor for the team. Provide specialized technical input to studies and design in your area of expertise. Develop study and design procedures to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work. Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables. Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates for projects. Use expertise to complete discipline components of PS&E packages. Perform quality control reviews of design calculations or drawings. Prepare technical specification sections. Contribute to the development of engineering budgets and schedules. **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Professional Engineer license with ability to obtain California PE license within 12 months if not currently licensed in California. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing design packages for highway or roadway projects in Northern California, including Caltrans projects. Experience preparing technical specifications in Greenbook and/or Caltrans format. At least ten years of progressively responsible technical experience. Proficiency in Microstation, InRoads, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, with leadership in their use. Excellent communication skills. **Additional Information** Open to all qualified candidates eligible to work in the U.S.; sponsorship available for current H1-B visa holders.
