Senior Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing at Minnetronix Medical Responsibilities

Provide technical reviews and update PCBAs and fabrication packages to ensure manufacturability, supply‑chain alignment, and design quality. Execute, review, and approve PCBA fabrication and assembly files in the Engineering Change Control System. Support initial builds of PCBAs and electromechanical medical devices, including design reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and root‑cause investigation. Guide Electrical and Manufacturing Engineers during PCB & PCBA transitions to manufacturing. Direct PCB designers to produce design updates that improve manufacturability. Establish best practices for transitioning complex PCBA to internal manufacturing, reduce costs, and accelerate production. Mentor manufacturing and development staff to grow technical knowledge of electrical engineering and PCBA fundamentals. Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). 10+ years of experience. Operations experience with PCBA and PCB manufacturing; ability to generate and review fabrication and assembly files. Detailed understanding of PCB & PCBA fabrication and assembly processes and equipment (wave solder, selective solder, ICT, 2D/3D AOI, X‑ray, pick & place, reflow). Experience implementing design changes in a production environment through a controlled engineering change system. Knowledge of IPC industry standards (IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑7711, IPC‑7721, IPC‑J‑ST). Salary and Benefits
