Job Summary We are seeking a Validation & Testing Engineer with hands‑on experience in brake systems or related automotive components. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, experience in vehicle testing and validation, and familiarity with tools such as CANalyzer. This role involves vehicle testing on proving grounds and public roads, along with data analysis and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle testing and validation for braking systems on public roads or proving grounds.

Perform data acquisition and analysis using CANalyzer and related tools.

Support validation activities for braking or suspension systems to ensure performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Work collaboratively with cross‑functional engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Document test results, prepare reports, and present findings to engineering and project teams.

Participate in business trips to various U.S. locations (typically 1–2 weeks per trip) to support testing and validation programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or related discipline).

2–3 years of experience in an OEM environment with some exposure to SAE‑based testing or standards.

Proficiency with CANalyzer or equivalent tools for vehicle communication and diagnostics.

Hands‑on experience with brake system validation, testing, or performance evaluation.

Valid driver’s license with experience driving in public roads or proving grounds.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in suspension system validation or testing (if brake system experience is limited).

Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and safety systems.

Familiarity with OEM validation procedures and documentation standards.

Additional Information

The role requires the candidate to travel within the U.S. for business trips of 1–2 weeks, a few times each year.
