Main Purpose of Job:
This contractual role supports the Production Operations department across various production duties, ensuring high technical standards. Responsibilities include operating studio equipment, acting as Floor Director, Character Generator, Studio Camera Operator, Videographer, Remote Camera Operator, Audio Technician, and other production roles.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
For Specialist I: 1 year of TV industry experience or a degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related.
For Specialist II: 3 years of TV experience.
For Specialist III: 5 years of TV experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Maryland motor vehicle operator's license if operating a vehicle as part of duties.
Special Requirements:
Provide a demo reel if selected for interview.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
Selection Process:

Benefits:
Contractual employees working 30+ hours/week may be eligible for health benefits, paying 25% of premiums. Leave accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours/year.
