You’ll create CNC programs, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and ensure every product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. As a CNC Programmer/Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving the productivity and efficiency of our operations by developing, maintaining, and optimizing CNC programs and production documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and production teams, using your technical skills and problem‑solving mindset to ensure every part produced meets POLYWOOD’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Create and modify 3D models of components, including parts and assemblies, using CAD software Draft and generate CAM programs from 3D models to produce finished products Write, store, and modify CNC programs using

Mastercam

software Trial‑run products on CNC equipment to ensure programs and machinery function properly and produce items that meet specifications Provide consistent documentation and prints for production teams Collaborate with production to implement Engineering Change Requests that enhance efficiency and reduce defects Work cross‑functionally with Engineering and Production teams to troubleshoot programming and machine issues Support and educate production staff on programming and project execution Who You Are

3–5 years of experience with

Mastercam

or similar CAM software 3–5 years of experience using

SolidWorks

or similar CAD software Experience with

CNC setup and operation Ability to read 2D layouts and visualize them in 3D to anticipate potential tool collision points Skilled in blueprint reading, dimensioning, and tolerancing Strong math and measurement skills with the ability to use precision instruments effectively Capable of interpreting engineering documentation and writing machine‑level instructions with minimal supervision Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience operating
