Serve as a subject matter expert for electrical engineering matters within a federal agency’s technical division Deliver engineering solutions for new construction and maintenance of existing projects related to DHS Conduct quality assurance reviews of design documents and provide technical recommendations Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with specifications and engineering practices Collaborate with other professionals on facility development throughout planning, design, and construction phases What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering A current Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications Strong communication skills, both oral and written How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
