Pay varies by position and is based on multiple factors including labor market data and, depending on position, may include education, work experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, and/or certifications. Additionally, Sportech considers internal equity when determining compensation. The estimated pay range for this position is between $95,000 - 120,000 annually, which may include variable components such as overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing safety and all plant production activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, meeting production schedules and standards, and optimizing production costs. The role involves defining problem areas, conducting investigations, and implementing solutions for heat-formed products.

Essential Job Functions

Lead, manage, and hold team accountable to policies and procedures.

Promote safety by demonstrating commitment and leading safety initiatives.

Anticipate delays and take actions to meet shipping schedules.

Maintain a clean and safe facility environment.

Assess and upgrade management talent within operations.

Collaborate on cost, lead times, and new product introductions.

Manage production areas, working with quality, customer service, and engineering teams.

Maximize manufacturing efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

Manage budgets and achieve financial goals.

Represent the company positively to all stakeholders.

Improve customer satisfaction and communicate with customers as needed.

Implement new manufacturing processes and systems.

Lead efforts in quality system integration and technology adoption.

Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

8-10 years manufacturing supervision experience required

Experience in thermoforming, injection molding, or related processes required

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate teams and manage change
