Overview
We are seeking an
Automation Control Engineer
with strong experience in
PLC programming, HMI/SCADA design, and industrial automation systems . This position involves designing, programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning control systems for manufacturing and process environments. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on experience and is comfortable working with multiple PLC and HMI platforms. Responsibilities
Design, program, test, and maintain PLC control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, ABB, GE, Modicon, etc.). Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA applications (FactoryTalk View, Aveva, Crimson, ABB). Create and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and cabinet layouts using CAD software. Troubleshoot and debug electrical and control circuits, VFDs, servos, and industrial networks. Commission automation systems at customer sites. Collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to proposals and project design. Qualifications
5–10 years of experience with PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text, function charts). 5–10 years of experience with HMI/SCADA development. Knowledge of EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet and common industrial networks. Strong skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to read and create electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and logic diagrams. CAD proficiency (control panels, wiring schematics). Boiler/chiller systems or low-voltage design knowledge is a plus. Strong communication and technical writing skills. Must have a valid driver’s license; a passport is a plus. Ability to travel and work extended hours when needed. Benefits
