Lead on-site supervision of commercial construction projects, with responsibility for the entire project. Coordinate trades and subcontractors; ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Maintain organization, teamwork, and effective verbal and written communication with the project team. In your submission, highlight projects where you served as superintendent with responsibility for the entire project, including construction type, site size, and building square footage. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent on vertical, ground-up general building construction. Experience with tilt-up concrete, masonry, steel, structural concrete, structural metal framing, and structural wood framing. Ground-up superintendent experience is required; Tenant Improvement experience will be considered. Strong organization, teamwork, multitasking, and verbal/written communication skills. Experience working on private and public sector projects is preferred. Company Description
