What you'll do: Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation, and placing orders to replenish supplies when low Benefits: Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance Paid time off benefits include PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, voting, and additional PTO/PPTO per job classification and length of employment Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances up to $3.00 per hour.
