Industrial Engineering Analyst
role. This role is onsite at our Marion, Ohio location.

Responsibilities
Conduct time and motion studies to analyze workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements
Gather and analyze production data to identify trends and variances, and to support decision-making
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Support the implementation of World Class Manufacturing principles and methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste
Help develop and optimize optimized manpower plans to meet varying production levels
Lead the team of continuous improvement coordinators to deliver cost improvements year over year
Deliver solutions that are in accordance with safety, quality and cost standards, while improving the work of our hourly resources
Maintain standards of work including proplanner tracking, up to date VSOPs and work instructions
Periodically review job evaluations to ensure proper grade level for different positions
Partner with Product Transformation Group, Process Transformation Group and Central Industrial Engineering Organization to ensure seamless integration of solutions on the plant floor
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of manufacturing experience
1+ years of experience supervising or leading a team
Preferred Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
Industrial Engineering experience
World Class Manufacturing experience
Systems/Technical knowledge: Familiarity with Proplanner, modapts, Google Suite, Whirlpool SAP, WCM basic tools and 7 IE tools
