Manufacturing Supply Chain Co-Op Program at Johnson and Johnson Texas A&R is a comprehensive learning and professional experience at one of the world’s leading health care companies. Program Components

You will apply for one overall Texas A&R Co-Op position which will provide eligibility for specific department opportunities across Manufacturing functions. You Will Be Responsible For

In this role, the candidate will be assigning and execute one of the Supply Chain projects that increase process efficiencies, reduce cycle time, cost, and improve overall quality of execution within assigned department using project management methodologies. Makes significant improvements in the assigned areas by using process excellence methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma). Qualifications / Requirements

Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial or Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. Have experience with MS Office Tools, Advance Excel. Knowledge of Power BI or Power Apps is highly desirable. Requires fluency in English. Experience working in a professional environment. Have a passion for a career in Manufacturing Supply Chain industry. Previous Internship/Coop and/or Academic Research experience is preferred. Extracurricular experience in a student association/organization is a plus. Possess a strong communication style. Ability to assess issues and opportunities, establish priorities, and act with a sense of urgency. Knowledge or experience with visualization tools and data analytics.
