We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Industrial Engineer
to support manufacturing improvements, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Analyze current production and operational processes to identify areas of improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality. Design, develop, and implement optimized workflows, layouts, and production schedules. Conduct time studies, work measurement, and capacity analysis to drive productivity. Use data modeling and simulation tools to forecast outcomes and improve decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to implement improvements. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for new processes or tools. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend continuous improvement strategies. Support Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 0–5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement (entry-level acceptable for junior roles). Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
