Raytheon is seeking a Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis Engineer to participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work across integrated product teams. The successful candidate will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support. They will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions and conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance. Responsibilities: Create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support Develop and implement modeling solutions and conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance Work in a team environment, receiving inputs from team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members Collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and two (2) years of prior relevant experience Experience applying object-oriented software design in C++, C, and using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets Experience developing or simulating physical systems Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM degree Leadership experience managing others using applied system engineering principals Experience developing signal processing / GNC algorithms or models for missile applications What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $66,000 - $130,000 Relocation assistance available Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, and more RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
