The Texas Institute for Electronics (TIE) is a public-private partnership of preeminent semiconductor systems and defense electronics companies, national labs, and academic institutions. may be available. We are bringing advanced semiconductor 3DHI packaging/manufacturing back to the USA and looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Purpose

Implement automation and

work

flows for custom integrated circuit design and 3DHI modeling across the wide range of EDA

IC design

tools. Develop and

maintain

automation scripts in Linux environments, as well as Windows applications. Define design flows andprovide user support for TIE's Assembly Design Kits (ADK's), while helping to ensure interoperability with our partner PDK's.

Work

closely

with EDA vendors and our internal Design and Processes engineering teams to develop and define TIE's preferred tool sets that will enable 3DHI system design for our potential customer base and our internal design/modeling teams.

Senior positions will help set TIE's overall EDA/Design methodologies and process

Required Qualifications

CAD/EDA Engineer I:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Salary Range

CAD/EDA

Engineer I: $80,000 + depending on qualifications CAD/EDA Engineer

II: $100,000 + depending on qualifications Senior
